I received my real estate broker’s license in 1995 and founded Professional Property Management which primarily focused on property management while building a customer base for a real estate brokerage.

I was born and raised in Maryville, as was my wife, Sheri. We were married in 1991 and moved back to our hometown to start our life together and raise a family. We have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Our oldest son got his real estate license in 2014 to join our office. Sheri is the office manager who keeps everything running smoothly. We both love Maryville, which is a small town community of approximately 12,000, that takes great pride in its homes and yards. There’s also a deep pride in our schools, pride in our employment and business opportunities plus a pride in feeling safe in a community of friends and acquaintances.

Maryville boasts a great K-12 public school district, along with St. Gregory’s Catholic School and Horace Mann Laboratory School located on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University. NWMSU is an NCAA Division II University and home of the 2016 National Football Champion Bearcats and 2019 National Men’s Basketball Champion Bearcats!

I was born in Montgomery City, MO, small town East of Columbia, MO. I moved to Maryville to attend NWMSU and there, I met my husband, Coby. We stayed in Maryville and raised our family of 5-Gage, Claire, Casey, Abby & Jaden. I moved to Maryville in 2002 right after getting married to my wife Jennifer. We have 3 kiddos (1 boy and 2 girls) that we are so thankful for. My family is one reason I decided to get my real estate license in 2013. I really enjoy helping people buy and sell real estate. As a contractor that builds houses it helps my buyers make sure they are getting a home that is structurally sound and safe. I truly enjoy meeting new clients and will do all I can to make their buying or selling as easy as possible.

I was born and raised in Maryville and decided to raise my own family here. I attended Northwest Missouri State University and played football for the Bearcats. I grew up with my wife, Amanda, and we have two daughters, Sophie & Aubrey. We enjoy any outdoor activity, traveling and playing with our German Shepherd, Kaiser.

I received my real estate license after graduating in early 2015. As a licensed contractor and current property manager, I believe it is important to find not only a beautiful home, but also one that is functional and sound. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable during the home selling/buying process and look forward to helping more in the future!

I obtained my real estate license in 2006 while changing careers from Law Enforcement to Education, and I have been affiliated with Twaddle realty since. I have been working in public service my entire career because I enjoy helping people. I chose to enter a second career in real estate because buying and selling real estate can be a major decision that requires the assistance of an honest and knowledgable realtor.

I was born and raised in southwest Iowa and moved to Maryville in 1990 to complete the final two years of my bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at Northwest Missouri State University. After a short return back to Iowa, I returned to Maryville in 1993 to make my home. I later went on to earn a teaching certificate and a master’s degree in Education from Northwest. My wife, Natalie, was born and raised in Maryville. She is an elementary principal and has bachelor’s, master’s, and specialist degrees from Northwest Missouri State University. We have four children – two boys and two girls: Colin, Tyson, Addison, and Gracen. We have enjoyed raising our children in Maryville.

JD was born and raised in Sioux City Iowa by his parents John and Pam Dirks. He competed on the North High varsity swimming team for all four years of High School. JD met his future wife Jenny at a coming home party after his first year of military training.

In 1988 JD Dirks Served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal E-4 during Operation Desert Shield. His position as a combat engineer created a great sense of awareness pushing him to gather information quickly and deliver upon it effectively. His movement would directly involve facilitating the movement and support of friendly forces while impeding and predicting those of the enemy.

JD was honorably discharged from the Marines in 1992 after which he moved back to his hometown in Iowa as a civilian.

JD is now a pastor and a father with six children. He lives in Maryville Missouri with his wife Jenny and sells real estate under the Twaddle Realty brokerage. His local, honest and tactical background has made him the go-to agent for buyers and sellers alike across the state.

During my time at NWMSU, I started working construction and have worked in the construction field ever since. I have always enjoyed working on houses so becoming a realtor made sense to me because I have always wanted to please people.

I am blessed to have two children, Trey & Jade, who are my world. They motivate me everyday to strive to be the best that I can be and help others.

I grew up in a small town in Northwest Missouri. Growing up, I worked on my family farm and helped my dad with his HVAC business. I moved to Maryville in August of 2015 to get my Bachelors in Business Management and finished with my MBA in 2020. My family is very trade-oriented along with experience in real estate investing, so buying my first fixer upper wasn’t a daunting task for me. I am the Office Manager at Twaddle Realty, Inc. and co-owner. I was born and raised in Maryville, MO and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with an Accounting Degree. After moving away for a few years, Bryan and I decided we wanted to come back to Maryville because our families and friends were here, the terrific public & private schools and safe feeling of a small, midwestern town. I worked as an accountant for my family’s lightning protection business until 2000 when I joined Bryan and Twaddle Realty, Inc.
