  • How much will you charge?

    We typically charge a percentage of the selling price. This varies depending on the type of real estate and the listing agreement. All amounts are negotiated before contract agreements are signed.

  • Do I need a home inspection?

    You will for FHA or VA loans. We strongly recommend a home inspection for other types of mortgages to help identify any issues.
